This Privacy Policy explains how Rudolf Stuivenberg, operating as BuySafe (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit buysafe.es. Contact form
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message. These are sent to our mailbox (hosted on Microsoft 365) so we can reply.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address (and your name, if you provide it), handled through our newsletter service MailPoet. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and access times, for security and to keep the site running.
Advertising
We show advertising on some pages through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may collect your IP address and information about your browser and device, and may use advertising cookies to select, show and measure ads. 8. International transfers
Some providers (such as Microsoft, MailPoet and Google) may process data on servers outside the EU, including in the United States. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
This Website is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
